Any Club required to attend an Executive Meeting will be informed in writing.
Any Club failing to attend a meeting without giving prior notice will be fined in accordance with the rules and constitution of the Association. Monthly fees must be paid on the night of these meetings along with contributions to the prize fund. Failure to do this will result in your club being fined.
